Customer Services Specialist

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Communication or another relevant discipline
  • Education qualification obtained from North America, West Europe, Australia
  • Holder of Accreditation from a recognized Institute or similar would be an advantage
  • A current/valid Qatar Driving License would be an advantage

·    Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
  • Able to work at all levels with clients and management
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary organization preferably in the Middle East
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and staff at all levels within and outside the Organization
  • The ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English is mandatory.
  • The ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic would be an advantage.

Survey Technician


JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Completion of Secondary education (12 years) preferably completion of 3 years Diploma in Land Surveying, followed by at least three years of full-time topographical land survey experience in a well-established engineering company preferably in the oil and gas sector.
  • High experience in operating Total Station and or GPS equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and AutoCAD.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Must have a valid Qatar driving license.

ITS Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher level qualification in Engineering in a relevant subject.
  • Education qualification obtained from North America, West Europe, and Australia.
  • Chartered Membership in Engineering or a Relevant professional body would be an advantage.
  • A current/valid Qatar Driving License would be an advantage.

Experience:

  • 20 years of experience in Roads / Highways operation and maintenance, ideally within the public sector.
  • Knowledge and experience in international Quality Road work best practice and how it is delivered in an Organization preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in change management/business transformation.
  • Knowledge and experience in contract management.
  • Knowledge and experience in risk and value management techniques are preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in Quality, Health and Safety, and Environment policies, procedures, and regulations preferred.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and staff at all levels within the Organization.
  • Ability to deliver and support change.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Packages, Microsoft Project/Primavera/.
  • The ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English is mandatory.
  • The ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic would be an advantage.
