JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualification:
- Minimum
Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Communication or another relevant
discipline
- Education
qualification obtained from North America, West Europe, Australia
- Holder
of Accreditation from a recognized Institute or similar would be an
advantage
- A
current/valid Qatar Driving License would be an advantage
· Experience:
- Minimum
of 15 years of relevant experience
- Able
to work at all levels with clients and management
- Experience
working in a multidisciplinary organization preferably in the Middle East
- Ability
to influence and engage stakeholders and staff at all levels within and
outside the Organization
- The
ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English is mandatory.
- The ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic would be an advantage.

Survey Technician
- Completion of Secondary education (12 years) preferably completion of 3 years Diploma in Land Surveying, followed by at least three years of full-time topographical land survey experience in a well-established engineering company preferably in the oil and gas sector.
- High
experience in operating Total Station and or GPS equipment.
- Proficient
in Microsoft Word and Excel and AutoCAD.
- Proficient
in spoken and written English.
- Must have a valid Qatar driving license.

ITS Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher level qualification in Engineering in a relevant subject.
- Education qualification obtained from North America, West Europe, and Australia.
- Chartered Membership in Engineering or a Relevant professional body would be an advantage.
- A current/valid Qatar Driving License would be an advantage.
Experience:
- 20 years of experience in Roads / Highways operation and maintenance, ideally within the public sector.
- Knowledge and experience in international Quality Road work best practice and how it is delivered in an Organization preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in change management/business transformation.
- Knowledge and experience in contract management.
- Knowledge and experience in risk and value management techniques are preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in Quality, Health and Safety, and Environment policies, procedures, and regulations preferred.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and staff at all levels within the Organization.
- Ability to deliver and support change.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Packages, Microsoft Project/Primavera/.
- The ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English is mandatory.
- The ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic would be an advantage.
