Customer Services Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Communication or another relevant discipline
Education qualification obtained from North America, West Europe, Australia
Holder of Accreditation from a recognized Institute or similar would be an advantage
A current/valid Qatar Driving License would be an advantage

· Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
Able to work at all levels with clients and management
Experience working in a multidisciplinary organization preferably in the Middle East
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and staff at all levels within and outside the Organization
The ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English is mandatory.
The ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic would be an advantage.

Survey Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION

Completion of Secondary education (12 years) preferably completion of 3 years Diploma in Land Surveying, followed by at least three years of full-time topographical land survey experience in a well-established engineering company preferably in the oil and gas sector.
High experience in operating Total Station and or GPS equipment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and AutoCAD.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Must have a valid Qatar driving license.

ITS Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or higher level qualification in Engineering in a relevant subject.
Education qualification obtained from North America, West Europe, and Australia.
Chartered Membership in Engineering or a Relevant professional body would be an advantage.
A current/valid Qatar Driving License would be an advantage.

Experience:

20 years of experience in Roads / Highways operation and maintenance, ideally within the public sector.
Knowledge and experience in international Quality Road work best practice and how it is delivered in an Organization preferred.
Knowledge and experience in change management/business transformation.
Knowledge and experience in contract management.
Knowledge and experience in risk and value management techniques are preferred.
Knowledge and experience in Quality, Health and Safety, and Environment policies, procedures, and regulations preferred.
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and staff at all levels within the Organization.
Ability to deliver and support change.
Competent in Microsoft Office Packages, Microsoft Project/Primavera/.
The ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English is mandatory.
The ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic would be an advantage.
