Bachelor of Engineering, Technology, or an equivalent degree (BE/B Tech/BS

7 or more years of professional software development, implementation, and operations expertise. which 2-3 years have a definite track record of managerial advancement.

Strong technical aptitude to manage an engineering team

and the capacity to remain composed under pressure while overcoming problems in challenging circumstances.
