responsible for the overall operations of the outlet and ensuring a consistent
and outstanding guest experience. As the General Manager of the restaurant, you
will collaborate with world-class chefs and their teams to deliver a
world-class experience. You will be responsible for liaising with front and
back-of-house teams, ensuring superior customer service, and increasing
profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of
successful restaurant management, excellent communication and leadership
skills, and a passion for providing customers with an excellent dining
experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Hire, train and manage a team of servers, cooks, and kitchen
staff.
Ensure that all food and beverage products are of the
highest quality and meet customer expectations.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to
improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and control inventory levels, food costs, and labor
costs to achieve financial goals.
Create and implement marketing strategies to increase sales
and increase brand awareness.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and
maintain a clean and orderly restaurant environment
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely
and professional manner.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:
Ability to work in a multicultural and challenging work
environment, leading, supervising, and motivating its staff in all aspects of
service with care and attention to the highest professional standards and in
accordance with established standard operating procedures. can encourage.
