Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
·
Provide pre-award and post-contract award administration
for Engineering & Projects Group. Job Context & Major Challenge(s)
·
Working in contracts/commercial environment, with
minimal supervision, handling multiple Engineering, Procurement, and
Construction (EPC) contracts, Engineering Services Contracts, OEM Contracts, and
Department Level Contracts (Contracts Work Orders).
· Satisfy multiple internal and external stakeholders and respond to inquiries accurately and comprehensively within short time frames.
Key Job Accountabilities – I
·
Liaise with relevant stakeholders to create, monitor,
and update the demand plan to maximize department performance.
·
Provide support to the engineering/projects team in the development
of contracting strategies.
·
Review Scopes of Work (SOW) for various projects
including Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering Procurement and
Construction (EPC) works to evaluate contractor/vendor deliverables.
·
Formulate written contractual responses to Change Order
Requests, claims, and other related correspondence ensuring compliance within
agreements.
· Provide guidance to end users on contract-related risks and best practice to enhance organizational efficiencies.

Key Job
Accountabilities - II
·
Conduct post-award dispute administration including
negotiation, adhering to Company policies and procedures.
·
Prepare management information report, through a collection
of data, and submit to management for review.
·
Provide advice and expertise to other disciplines and
all stakeholder departments in contract and claims management to maximize
efficiency.
·
Perform the complete administration of contract work
orders (CWO) including tendering bids, and contract awards, facilitate change
orders, and ensure post-award support for operational and execution
effectiveness.
· Support in contract spent analysis, contracts audits, achieving high performance of contracts, contract governance for critical contracts, and contracts close out.
Desired Candidate
Profile
·
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Knowledge and/or Experience
·
8 years of experience in a contracts
management environment within the oil & gas and petrochemical industry.
·
Technical knowledge in reviewing and finalizing
various technical contracts.
· Good knowledge of contract laws and industry practices.
