A Kids Club Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Kids Club, overseeing the children's facilities, resort activities, overseeing the guest experience in these areas and assisting the team with the daily operational tasks, and ensuring that the childcare standards are met and maintained.

Coordination of daily staff schedules and rosters, guest reservations, staff training/development, and reporting and following up on all maintenance and health and safety issues. Responsible for achieving and exceeding department budgets by creating, implementing, and promoting innovative business opportunities. Actively promoting and encouraging participation in activities & events around the resort and working closely with all other departments.

What will I be doing?

  • Assists the team in the day-to-day running of the kids club operations and resort activities
  • Completes admin tasks such as scheduling and maintenance reporting etc
  • Conducts training for team members

  • Knowledge of pediatric CPR / first aid and emergency medical procedures. 
  • Must be comfortable, calm, and confident in working with children of all aggregability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts 
  • Computer literate 
  • Creative in marketing and promotions. 
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and be detail oriented. 
  • Must be flexible and adapt easily. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and professional skills. 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks. 
  • Ability to think and respond quickly to issues or guest needs. 
  • Excellent communication skills (English)
  • React calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
