Responsibilities:

Manage Churn of database basis historical trends on yield
Identify penetration trends and plan database treatment
Flash prescriptive reports from various platforms such as the dialer, CRM, and database
Flash dialer reports on agents with disposition stats and other critical elements.

Skill Set Required:

Strong Exposure to Outbound Telesales Dialer – Such as Genesys, Aspect, Avaya …etc
Strong understanding of database churn management for Outbound telesales platforms
Exposure to Predictive, Progressive, Auto, Timed Preview, & Preview dialing strategies.
Understanding of dialing strategies with merits and demerits
Understanding of Power BI will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of Excel & PowerPoint
Knowledge of platforms such as Python & R Studio will be an added advantage
Exposure to database scoring will be an added advantage.
