As a Services Specialist – On-Site Services, you will be responsible for:
- Providing field support, field service delivery, and customer training of products and resources to both our external and internal customers globally
- Ensuring sound equipment record keeping and following up with regulatory requirements
- Liaising with 3rd party vendors to achieve in-time delivery targets
- Assisting in providing customer technical and operational feedback with close interaction with the WL team
- Preparing rental assets, including but not limited to maintenance, testing, fault finding, repair, and shipment
- Supporting remotely including customer training, operation preparation, and operations
- Supporting and promoting best practices involved in the processes and requirements of BH’s policies and procedures

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have minimum of 5 years of experience in Wireline Services
- Have experience working in an offshore field environment.
- Be able to arrange mobilization of the WLS equipment for ad-hoc trips offshore as required
- Have the ability to lead a team of field operators to achieve shared goals and results-focused
- Be able to work under pressure and have the willingness to work in varying conditions
