The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners
- Manage marketing budget and show project ROI
- Own the marketing calendar and take the lead in plan and executing all marketing campaigns and media launches
- Monitor and analyze sales to make recommendations on market-specific promotions to increase demand, campaign activity, market opportunities, growth opportunities, areas of concern, and areas that are performing well
- Responsible for managing and implementing the necessary translations, proofreading content, and updating and publishing all marketing content
- Ensure that all marketing content is localized and personalized to the relevant audience and is uploaded quickly and efficiently. This includes making sure all marketing collateral is on the brand to ensure that campaigns are compelling and drive sales
- Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, and customer journeys
- Evaluate and recommend new digital marketing opportunities and technologies
- Develop a deep understanding of our product and services, value proposition, target audiences, and distribution channels to help develop the most effective marketing strategies for your markets.
- Analyze all data points to develop benchmark KPIs, including the efficiency and effectiveness of E-Commerce sales strategies, revenue forecasting, and tracking Recommend improvements as required
- Report on marketing performance using the internal data warehouse, third-party analytics software, and any other available (internal/ external) data. Report on all marketing campaign channels on a weekly basis, including email, social, display, and onsite usage.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Marketing
- A degree in Communications or Marketing or a related field is essential
- Able to manage a huge variety of campaigns and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Flexible, creative, and a self-starter who will roll up their sleeves and get the job done in a fast-paced environment
- Strong consumer understanding skills across all cultures
- A high degree of creativity to find new, compelling ways to reach and communicate with consumers
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online/offline marketing and measurement
- Strong interpersonal skills and an outstanding team player
- Ability to interact and present your ideas to various levels of an organization to explain and gain support for initiatives
- Very strong analytical skills to identify and scope opportunities, measure campaign, and channel performance, understand key drivers to optimize years' results, and forecast business impact at the customer and channel level
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills
- Excellent written/spoken English and Arabic are essential
- Must currently reside in the UAE
