In addition, you will lead and coach a sales team, ensuring that they have the required product knowledge and training to deliver business objectives.

About you

To be considered for this role you must have an MBA or bachelor's Degree ideally in business or a related field.

Charterhouse is working with an established food safety training provider in Dubai. Due to growth within the business, they are looking to hire a Sales Manager focused on HORECA.

About the role

Your main responsibilities will be to further develop the portfolio of HORECA clients specifically within Restaurants Groups, Catering, Cafés, and Food Service. You will work closely with the Country Manager to manage and develop the existing portfolio of clients, increasing their take-up of services and programs.

This role is fully focused on sales and business development, with a highly rewarding strong commission structure in place. You will be pitching a portfolio of different food safety pieces of training and liaising with various client contacts accordingly, such as procurement, hygiene and safety, quality, operations, HR, Executive Chefs, and even owners.

About you

The successful candidate must have a current network in HORECA in the UAE, especially within Restaurant Groups, Catering, Cafés, and Food Service, having successfully sold to this network. Preference will be given to candidates having sold services or training within HORECA but other products would be considered for the right network and contacts.

This role requires a self-motivated, proactive, vibrant, and positive sales professional and would ideally suit an experienced Sales Executive ready to take the next step to Sales Manager, a minimum of 3 years of HORECA sales experience is required.

Charterhouse is working with a global engineering organization that is looking to hire a Sales Administration and Logistics Coordinator to join the team in their Dubai regional office.

About the role

Reporting to the Production and Supply Chain Manager, you will be the point of contact for customers and the sales team with queries about products, orders, and deliveries as well as supporting to ensure all the necessary documentation is prepared and processed accurately and within a timely manner.

In addition, this role will be in charge of managing the international flow of shipments, controlling the order and transportation processes, and ensuring a well-managed logistics system.

This is a deadline-driven role, handling a broad range of responsibilities therefore our client is looking for someone who is extremely organized with excellent problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and further develop themselves.

About you

The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience managing and processing client orders, logistics, and shipment processes, ideally within the shipping or logistics industry. 

A degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is desirable but not essential. Our client is looking for someone who is proactive, detail orientated, and a quick learner who is able to effectively multi-task. A piece of existing knowledge and competency in using CRM software and MS Office (specifically Excel) is required.
