Storekeeper Agent II  

About the role:


You will be responsible to handle all physical works like loading/unloading, and locating the spare parts. To maintain all the store areas tidy and clean always, and arrange the items in stores in proper bins and racks at all times.

Ø Physically locates and arranges the store’s parts for delivery and assurance purposes.

Ø Support unloading and loading of goods received in engineering stores to ensure smooth operations.

Ø Operate Fork Lift and Tractor with a proper valid AVOP

Ø Coordinate and receive work orders and parts from QAS Stores Agent / Team Leader.

Ø Compile invoices of the consignment and submit them to the storekeeper to process the Good Receipt Report.

Ø Receive moves order slip & MR (Material Request) and retrieve parts/material from the specific location in stores and make item ready for delivery.

Ø Perform daily correspondence files like but not limited to MRN (Material request Notes) & GRN (Goods Receipt Notes).

Ø Perform physical stock count with reference to cycle count data provided.

Qualifications

Ø An ideal candidate will have a minimum of Basic Literacy and Numeracy skills, English communication skills, and no prior job-related work experience.

Ø Command of the English language.

Ø Home Country driving license.

Ø 2 years of store experience.

Ø Experience in running a technical store.



HR Officer - Doha Administration

About the role

We are hiring an HR Officer who will be responsible for a complete range of HR services provided to Doha-based employees upon joining the organization, in relation to all matters pertaining to terms of employment, contract renewals, change of terms and conditions of all permanent and contractual staff to ensure that HR services provided are in line with HR policies.

As an HR Officer for Doha Administration, your additional duties will include:

Ø  Processing and issuing temporary and permanent offer letters and/or contracts of employment for Executive Management for QR & its subsidiaries.

Ø  Handling internal movement SMAs (Promotions, transfers, acting, re-designation, basic revision, etc.) for Doha-based Executive Management staff of QR & its subsidiaries by ensuring all approvals are in place & supporting documents are provided prior to processing letters for the signature.

Ø  Coordinating a range of HR services (special letters for Management staff, ID cards, marriage benefits, nursing hours, service letters to third parties, court-related, etc.) for all Doha-based employees during their tenure with the company and advice the staff/business on all matters relating to contractual matters.

Ø  Preparation of flow charts, status reports, and monthly productivity reports for HR Admin and compiling all HR sections reports, vacation schedules, business documents, presentations, and minutes of department meetings and other tasks as requested by the management.

Ø  Checking the documents processed by the team members to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to proceeding with Management signatures.

Ø  Generating monthly headcount reports, long service reports for the team members’ reference, and other reports from GEMS/Oracle for the line Manager, as and when required by the business.

Ø  Supervise maintenance of overall logs and administration records for future referrals & business continuity.

Ø  Recommending and coordinating changes required to the templates based on QR Policies and effectively planning and suggesting improvement/development of processes.


Qualifications

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR Services team and report directly to the HR Administration Manager – Doha & Outstations. A successful candidate should ideally possess the following qualifications:

Ø  Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.

Ø  Proven ability in demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business.

Ø  Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks.

Ø  Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Ø  Sound judgment, good problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Ø  Mentoring and coaching experience.

Ø  Managerial skills - ability to delegate work, set clear direction, and manage workflow.

Ø  Strong mentoring and coaching skills – the ability to train and develop subordinate skills. Expertise in fostering teamwork among team members.

Ø  Knowledge of HR Systems and administration techniques.
