About the Role
To carry out dealership service & general repairs on customer vehicles as per company standards and ensure optimum quality with increased productivity, technical efficiency, and customer satisfaction thereby individually contributing to generating workshop revenue.
- Prompt
execution of service repairs requested on the repair order as per the schedule
provided.
- Report
additional jobs required in the car directly to the customer with a cost
estimate.
- Maintain
Check Sheets and Log sheets.
- Upkeep
tools and equipment in the individual bay as per company standards
- Proper
diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Request assistance through Supervisor if required.
- Conduct
final inspection as per the SOP.
- Ensure
follow-up of standard operating procedures in the technician role.
- Ensure fire extinguishers are kept close by for immediate action in case of working with fuel systems.
About You:
- ITI/
Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
- 2
to 3 years overall experience as a Technician in an automotive dealership.
- Technical
Skills, User skills in Tools and equipment, basic PC skills, motor driving
experience, and knowledge of automotive parts.
- Hardworking,
able to work under pressure, honest, and productive.
- Ability to express yourself in a positive and clear way, both orally and in written form.

Overview of the role
To carry out corrective, reactive, and planned preventive maintenance of HVAC system, equipment s (Unitary and chilled water applied products), Installation, and refurbishment work.
Key Accountability 1: Electrical Maintenance Services.
- Efficiently
and effectively carry out corrective and reactive maintenance services of
building electrical systems and equipment in accordance with Electrical
standards.
- Efficiently
and effectively perform preventative maintenance services of electrical
panels and DBs with a complete wiring system in accordance with ELEC
standards and the agreed PPM schedule.
- Efficiently
and effectively perform MAINTENANCE works with respect to co-HSE
policy.
Key Accountability 2: Customer Service
- Contribute
to the development of customer-focused service and a positive corporate
image, including the maintenance of good working relationships with clients,
and client representatives.
- Contribute
to safe systems of work and the development of quality management systems
by ensuring all work practices comply with the relevant safety standards.
- Ensure
that measures to protect personal safety and well-being are always in
place and that personal actions do not jeopardize the safety and
well-being of others
- Adhere
strictly to all Safe Operating Procedures, and Safe Work Instructions -
thus preventing potential incidents at all times.

What equips you for the role
Minimum Qualifications, Certification,
and Knowledge:
- Basic
English Level 3 (Read & Write)

School or Diploma Holder
- Vocational
Technical Certificate (min. 6 months) / ITI
- Basic
knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
- Basic
understanding of theory and principles of BUILDING ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS.
